Monday: Traditional Training

  • 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. Beginner Minors
  • 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Advanced Minors
  • 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Beginner & Advanced Adults

Tuesday:

  • 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Adult’s Traditional Training
  • 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Karobics (Fitness Training)
  • 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Boxing & Kickboxing

Wednesday: Fight Night

  • 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. Beginner Minors
  • 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Advanced Minors
  • 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Beginner & Advanced Adults

 

Thursday:

  • 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Adult’s Traditional Training
  • 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Karobics (Fitness Training)

Friday: Kata Night

  • 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. Beginner Minors
  • 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Advanced Minors
  • 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Beginner & Advanced Adults

Saturday:

  • 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Karobics (Fitness Training)
  • 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. MightyMites (Ages 5&Under)
  • 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. Weapons Class
